The Mission of Smart Lofts, LLC
Smart Lofts, LLC was created with the goal of building modern housing developments that are architecturally beautiful, environmentally minded, universally accessible, and community oriented. Smart Lofts promote urban infill development rather than suburban sprawl, striving to maximize both the land and the building to the greatest use and efficiency. The General Residential Contractors, Deborah Chah and Krista Miller, take a hands-on and personal approach in the building process, meeting with neighbors and city officials to personally ensure all interests are taken to heart and addressed. Local labor and materials are used as frequently as possible promoting community betterment throughout the construction process. The construction is high quality, solid and long lasting masonry. The buildings incorporate solar and water conservation as well as highly efficient appliances to reduce the environmental footprint for the future. Not only was natural landscaping preserved in the construction process, additional native plant material is incorporated that requires minimal water and promotes beautiful desert blooms and wildlife. Located in areas near shopping, commerce, entertainment, and transit districts, the residents can feel at home in a private desert refuge in the heart of an urban environment.
